Evaluation of Multi-service CDMA Networks with Soft Blocking

چکیده
This paper presents an approach for calculating the capacity of multi-service CDMA networks with soft blocking using general insensitive traffic models. The system is modelled as a multi-rate traffic flow model with state dependent blocking probabilities which have to fulfil specific requirements for maintaining reversibility of the model. Performance calculations are carried out by generalising Delbrouck’s algorithm. An example for solving a realistic case is given.
